Data on your device

Posture/check-in history and state, exercise history, selected mood, streaks, achievements, reminder preferences, work hours, and settings stay on your device until app data is cleared or app is uninstalled.

PostHog analytics

With your in-app choice enabled, Desk Monkey uses PostHog EU for onboarding completion, check-ins, exercise category/session use, notification and Premium/paywall interactions, app version, platform, and anonymous technical identifiers. You can disable analytics any time in App Info. Session replay is disabled. We do not intentionally send name, email, posture free text, exact health records, or promo-code strings.

Supabase and Premium

Desk Monkey uses anonymous Supabase authentication for promo redemption, anonymous user ID, Premium entitlement, and expiry. No email or password is required. Project region: [[SUPABASE_PROJECT_REGION]].

Notifications and camera

Notifications are local/system notifications and may be disabled. Desk Monkey does not use your camera to automatically analyse or monitor posture.

Processors and retention

Processors: PostHog, Supabase, and later Apple/Google for in-app purchases. Failed promo attempts remain up to 24 hours. Promo redemption and entitlement data remains until anonymous-account deletion or provider retention: [[SUPABASE_RETENTION_PERIOD]]. PostHog retention follows its configured retention and processing terms.

Deletion and rights

App Info → Delete cloud data deletes anonymous Supabase identity plus linked promo, entitlement, and redemption-attempt data. This cannot be undone and does not delete device-only data. For access, correction, restriction, objection, portability, or deletion requests, contact [[PRIVACY_CONTACT_EMAIL]]. You may complain to competent data-protection authority.

Haltungs-/Check-in-Verlauf und Status, Übungsverlauf, gewählte Stimmung, Streaks, Erfolge, Erinnerungspräferenzen, Arbeitszeiten und Einstellungen bleiben auf deinem Gerät, bis du App-Daten löschst oder die App deinstallierst.

PostHog-Analyse
